Meeting in the Park! Recap.

Thanks all for a lovely evening in the park last night!

Things we discussed: 

--look at the blog (right up there ^^) 

for information on the Gee's Bend inspired quilt challenge for 2015

--Look for an email asking for nominations for the board members for 2015

--next month we'll return to our normal schedule of First Tuesday Quiltworks, Third Tuesday Stitchin' Post.

Hillary made the Modern X quilt and is working on quilting it.

This was a free pattern by Christa Watson that was distributed

to MQG members back in March. 

Hillary was also working on this cute My Little Pony cross stitch.

This was Bernadette's first meeting, and she brought her first quilt

 (made a few years ago) for show and tell. 

Kat's showed us some samples from her recent booth, including a

kid's sample quilt and a Christmas sample quilt
